Need to make a purchase but do not want to deplete your savings? This loan allows a member to borrow up to 100% of the savings account balance at TFCU at a very low rate. As the loan is paid down, an equal amount will become available.
A member can elect to have a single payment secured loan. This loan can be made for any amount up to 90% of the available balance in the account with a maximum term of 12 months. At the end of 12 months, you can pay the loan off, or pay the accrued interest and renew the loan for an additional 12 months.
