Our minimum deposit amount is $ 5.00 which is deposited into your regular Savings Account.

There are many ways you and your family can join Transtar FCU including:

• Where you live, work or worship

• Select employee groups

Family members of current credit union members are also eligible for membership, this includes: spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, step-parents, step-children, step-siblings, and adopted children.

Also, household members may join. A household member is identified as any individual living in the same residence; maintaining a single economic unit, permanent member and participates in the maintenance of the household, domestic partners or anyone living in the household who can demonstrate a degree of permanency. (Example: includes boyfriend, girlfriend sharing an apartment or aunt/uncle raising niece or nephew)
